Stacey is the editor of North State Parent and a writer for the magazine. She also compiles our weekly e-newsletter, creating graphics and writing copy to spice it up and keep it interesting. She has two beautiful grown sons and two gifted and talented grandchildren. In her spare time, Stacey loves to sew for herself and others, take long walks with her husband and organize stuff. Jenny Jones was born and raised in Red Bluff and has a deep love for Northern California and all it has to offer. Married to her helicopter pilot husband since 2010, she is the proud mother of two active kids and enjoys outdoor adventures with them—whether it’s a local waterfall hike or traveling the world. Jenny loves the arts and can often be found in the theater supporting the latest performance. A dedicated volunteer in children’s ministry, Jenny has served as a Sunday School teacher for over 20 years. She brings that same heart for her community to North State Parent as Calendar Editor, where she delights in discovering local events and activities throughout the region and sharing them with families to create lasting memories.

Marc Blake combines creativity with technology to keep North State Parent's website running smoothly and continually improving. From designing new features to making information easier for families to find, he enjoys solving problems behind the scenes so readers can focus on what matters most. Outside the office, Marc is the owner and luthier of Sword Guitars, where he handcrafts custom acoustic guitars. He also enjoys photography, woodworking, piano, and taking in the beauty of Northern California—including the views of Mount Shasta whenever he gets the chance.
